my muscle hurts like helllllllllllll.
thanks for the vday present coach. -.- very nice PT training for present.
we did pumping. plus the mountain climbing. *taken from track i think. and shuttle run. frog jump. lunge walk. tug jump. open leg close leg on one side of the body.
but after that we got match against seniors.
sadly, steph, anna and beckie didn come. sian.
we lost. zzz. and did 20 pumping. screamed damn loud for that.
thanks to being sick, i almost vomited. -.-

today. my muscle is still cramping. all thanks to coach. -.- walk up 4 storeys sia. zzz
at first in the morning, i got red eye. but now okay le. thank god.
